Shipping & Returns

Domestic and International Shipping Policies:

  • Customers will incur shipping charges based on the weight of order and country of destination. Domestic and International orders are sent through UPS or U.S. Postal Service.
  • Express Shipping for international is 3-10 business days on average and has the best tracking ability.
  • Priority mail has a 6-21 business days delivery average, has hit or miss tracking updates.
  • Frist Class Mail has almost no tracking ability until is delivered and can take 21+ business days to arrive and has no tracking updates.
  • Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
  • If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
  • Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, U.S. or International Money Order.
  • Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country.
  • On occasion International orders may take 1-4 business days to process, if all the products are not in our one main warehouse. Please bare with us while we get them all in one central location to ship.
  • Please note that in our efforts to protect our customers from credit card fraud, we require all new customers with orders flagged by Maxmind to undergo a verification process. If the order is flagged, we will require the customer to email us the authorization code for this transaction before we will process and ship the order. This authorization code can easily be obtained by calling your card issuing bank or by logging into your online banking, and the authorization code will be listed under the details of this transaction. NOTE: THE AUTHORIZATION CODE IS NOT THE CCV NUMBER.
  • We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
  • All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.
  • No unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment. OrbitNutrition is not responsible for any typographical errors on this site and reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice.

Return Information:

  • All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product
  • No unauthorized returns
  • All Prohormone sales are final no returns will be accepted on these items.
  • No returns on opened or used merchandise
  • Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded
  • Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee(except for damaged goods)
  • For the safety of our customers, bulk powders and drinks are not returnable for exchanges, credits, or refunds under any circumstance
